Your vision. Our expertise.

Working with our design experts at our London showroom, we can develop furniture around the individual requirements of your project. Dimensions can be adjusted to work with your spaces, while materials, fabrics, finishes and colours can all be considered to create a coordinated interior with its own distinctive identity. For large-scale PRS and Build to Rent developments, that means greater creative freedom without having to manage the sourcing and procurement process yourself.

From brief to finished scheme

We make the bespoke process straightforward, managing the journey from the initial idea through to delivery.

01. Brief - Tell us what you're looking for, from a specific design idea to a practical requirement

02. Design - Work with our design experts at our London showroom to explore the look, materials, finishes, dimensions and functionality of the piece.

03. Source - We use our sourcing and procurement expertise to identify an appropriate solution for the agreed design and project budget.

04. Sample - Fabric and material samples can be provided, with the option to produce complete pieces for review.

05. Approve - The final specification is agreed before progressing into project manufacture.

06. Manufacture - Once approved, the furniture moves into manufacture, with quality managed as part of the process.

07. Deliver & Install - Completed furniture can be stored at our UK facility, providing greater flexibility over when it is required on site, with delivery and installation available as part of our wider service capabilities.

More than bespoke furniture

One partner from concept to completion. The value of bespoke isn't simply being able to change a fabric or dimension. It's having the expertise and infrastructure to turn a design requirement into furniture that can be delivered successfully across a large residential scheme. With one point of contact, David Phillips can coordinate design, sourcing, procurement, sampling, manufacture, quality management, storage, delivery and installation.

Create something distinctive

In a competitive residential market, the furniture can become part of what makes a development memorable. Bespoke pieces give interior designers and developers the opportunity to create apartments with their own character. From a particular colour or finish through to a piece developed around your design inspiration, our team can help translate the concept into a solution suitable for your development.

 Designed for residential demands

Furniture for PRS and Build to Rent environments has to do more than look good. Our approach combines design and sourcing expertise with quality management to help deliver furniture appropriate for the demands of large residential developments. David Phillips' quality management processes are supported by ISO 9001, providing clients with additional confidence in the processes behind the service
