David Phillips provides considered furniture collections for premium residential developments, with loose furniture solutions for BTR and PRS projects.

From our London showroom, we work with developers, contractors and operators to deliver loose furniture for large-scale residential developments across the UK. Our offering spans living, dining, bedroom and bathroom furniture, complemented by rugs, mirrors and home accessories, providing a complete loose furniture solution for professionally designed residential interiors.

From furniture specification and procurement through to supply and installation, David Phillips brings together the products, expertise and project support required to create beautifully resolved interiors at scale.

Create a Bespoke Furniture Scheme

Every residential project begins differently.

You may already have a clear interior direction and need the right furniture to bring the scheme together. You may be looking for a complete loose furniture fit-out within a defined budget, or exploring our collections to discover which pieces work naturally together.

Our team can help you create a bespoke furniture scheme tailored to the character, requirements, scale and commercial parameters of your project. Whether you are furnishing a BTR development, PRS scheme or wider residential project, we can help bring together furniture and accessories to create a cohesive interior with its own identity.

Complete Apartment Fit-Outs

David Phillips offers competitively priced loose furniture for full apartment fit-outs across BTR and PRS projects. Our example apartment fit-outs provide an indication of what can be achieved across different budgets and interior styles, with guide pricing to support early-stage project planning and procurement. These are not fixed furniture packages. Every project is developed individually, allowing furniture, accessories and finishing touches to be selected and combined around the requirements, scale and design of each development. We can also provide Revit furniture blocks to help architects and design teams plan layouts, assess scale and integrate selected pieces into their project models. From living, dining and bedroom furniture to vanity units, mirrors, rugs and accessories, our collections can be tailored to create cohesive interiors across large-scale residential projects. Our team can develop a bespoke furniture package and project-specific proposal, with pricing tailored to the requirements of your development.

Furniture Collections for Distinctive Residential Interiors

David Phillips offers three distinct furniture collections, providing a considered starting point for creating complete interiors across premium residential, BTR and PRS developments.

Each collection has its own character and design language, bringing together furniture and accessories designed to work naturally as a cohesive scheme. Yet no two projects need to look the same. Every piece can be mixed and matched across our collections, giving developers, contractors and designers the flexibility to create furniture packages tailored to the architecture, aesthetic and individual requirements of each development.

From living and dining furniture to bedroom and bathroom pieces. Each collection provides the flexibility to create distinctive residential interiors at scale. A dining chair from one collection might sit alongside a table from another, creating a more personal approach to project furniture while giving every development its own identity.
